Alumni

Alumni feedback helps HSE improve and grow in rankings, support the development of academic programmes, assist prospective and current students in learning about programmes and future careers, and enable the Alumni Centre to organise targeted events.

Alumni research consists of three main projects.

The Alumni Telephone Survey was conducted from 2018 to 2020. We interviewed recent graduates from the Moscow HSE campus two months after graduation. We asked whether they continued their education and whether they started working right after graduation. The survey took place in September.

The Alumni Survey is an annual online survey conducted since 2011. It targets graduates from all HSE campuses six months after graduation. We ask about their current employment status, how they evaluate their educational experience, and whether they are interested in participating in university events. The survey is held from December to February.

The 5–10 Year Alumni Survey is an online survey conducted since 2019. It targets graduates from all campuses five and ten years after graduation. We ask where they work, how they assess their university experience, and whether they would like to take part in HSE events. This survey takes place from July to August.
