Administrative Staff

The Survey of Administrative Staff is an annual online survey conducted among employees of the Moscow HSE campus who hold administrative, technical, academic support, and research support positions. The survey helps track changes in employees’ professional well-being and satisfaction with working conditions.

The study covers topics such as interaction with clients, the onboarding process for new employees, workplace atmosphere, stress levels and their causes, professional development, evaluation of university services and corporate information systems, and perceptions of institutional changes and willingness to participate in them. The survey has been conducted since 2011 during the period from November to December.
